Balcó d'Abrera
El balcó d’Abrera in addition to offering an impressive view of Montserrat, is part of the Castell de Voltrera complex, an archaeological site classified as a Cultural Asset of National Interest (BCIN).
The Castell de Voltrera, located in the square of the same name, is built on a hill (218 m) on the left bank of the Llobregat River. In medieval times, it had a strategic position: it overlooked the road that ran along the river and had direct visual communication with the Esparreguera castle and the Castellvell de Rosanes fortress.
