TABERNA TIBU-RON

Taberna Tibu-Ron is the first Tibu-Ron Group restaurant dedicated exclusively to Tapas. A tavern with a markedly modern character where it is shared with tapes and cymbals, accompanied by wines at cups or a very wide selection of beers, from traditional lager to more artisan IPA. In its interior, the combination of Classical and Modernism prevailed, retaining some of the wooden furniture that would be mixed with contemporary decorative details.
This coexistence between classical and modern will also be appreciated in the letter that will bet on a varied and extensive supply of tapas to be shared. Essential receptions such as bald potatoes, rushes, and homemade ham croquettes will play a leading role in a letter where sea hoes will not be missing either.
The cymbals and chassols will be based on stronger collaborations, paying homage to the national cuisine and reinterpreting classical recipes: the traditional fabada, the porceous foot canelon with sorphaned beixamel or the scaly bees with clams are some of the proposals. The letter will be completed with meat and fish dishes, always made with first-quality products, author’s handcuffs and some wrinkles, the identity signal of Tibu-Ron Group.
