Harmonies d'Esplugues

They are sweet that were not made in the mid-seventies, originated from the disappeared Can Cosme bakery. On the occasion of the Commercial Fair of the municipality of 1997, the traditional formula is recovered, thanks to the participation of a former baker of Can Cosme, consisting of egg whites, almonds and sugar, making a variation of sweet with chocolate, to have more variety.

The Town Hall of Esplugues has registered the brand "Harmonies of Esplugues" in order to promote the product and consolidate its recovery, with its dissemination and recognition.

They do it all year round but on request.
