Santa Coloma de Cervelló

The town is home to the exceptional Modernista complex of Colònia Güell, with a large number of buildings in this style, among which the church (crypt) by Antoni Gaudí, one of the architect’s masterpieces and a landmark of modern architecture. The walk through the complex constitutes a tour of civil buildings of great architectural interest.

In addition, Santa Coloma has a series of nature itineraries, such as the walk up the mountain of Montpedrós or Sant Antoni, which offers the best views of the Baix Llobregat region.

The town’s calendar of festivities is marked by two important events: the Cherry Festival (Festa de la Cirera) at the end of May, and the Festa del Modernisme, in the second weekend of October.
